How to Register

Registration for PDI 2014 will be available in late February. Payment is required at the time of registration so please be sure you have obtained authorized funding and understand your organization's regulations for payment. Please note the registration rate changes at 12:01 am EST on 1 May. 

​Please note the following:
  • Attendees may participate in Tuesday sessions and special events if arriving early enough on Tuesday.
  • The PDI officially kicks off with Opening Ceremonies on Wednesday morning at 0800.
  • Breakfast and lunch are provided Wednesday – Friday as part of the registration fee. In addition, dinner is included in registration fee on Wednesday.

Registration Fee Schedule(Includes three breakfasts, three lunches, and one dinner.)
  • Member $495 (before May 3), $595 until event date
  • Non-Member $600 (before May 3), $755 until event date
  • Please note that in order to receive the member registration rate; you must be a member in good standing at the time of registration. Membership process time is up to ten days, so please plan accordingly.

PDI Policies
Substitution Policy:  
Persons substituting for other individuals at PDI will be required to submit the request in writing to pdiregistration@rhq.com.  Payment of registered attendee must transfer to the substitute to be considered a substitute and must qualify for the paid registration rate.

​Change of Payment:Any change to payment method will be subject to a $50.00 charge.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by April 30 (pdiregistration@rhq.com) to obtain a partial refund. All refunds will be subject to an administrative charge of $50.00. Cancellations of pre-PDI sessions will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. Persons who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund.

Privacy Policy:  Upon request, ASMC will provide names and course completion information to the enrollees' supervisor.
